Timekeeper / Document Controller
About This Role
We are urgently seeking a Timekeeper / Document Controller for our project in Al Ain. The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of monthly time sheets, supporting HR coordination, assisting the project manager, and ensuring efficient document control and site office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the HR department regarding timesheet preparation, leave records, and general administrative functions.
- Maintain proper document control procedures, including filing, tracking, storage, and retrieval of project documents.
- Manage petty cash records and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, company procedures, and project requirements.
- Support store and material documentation where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in construction companies.
- Experience in ERP software and basic store management will be an added advantage.
