Timekeeper (Construction Site)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Record daily attendance of site workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Maintain records of working hours, overtime, absences, and leave.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
• Track manpower deployment across construction activities and locations.
• Prepare daily manpower reports for site management and HR.
• Verify attendance and working hours with site supervisors and foremen.
• Track employee transfers between construction sites and report attendance discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate attendance records and documentation.

Requirements

• At least two years of timekeeper experience; UAE construction industry experience is preferred.
• Previous construction site experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of attendance tracking, timesheets, and manpower reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills; basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with supervisors and workers; accurate attention to detail.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
