About This Role
Job Summary:
Inotec Facility Management is hiring a skilled and experienced Tile Mason to handle residential and commercial tiling works. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in various types of tile fixing and the ability to lead a team on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by leveling and cleaning areas before installation.
- Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants.
- Supervise junior tilers and helpers.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and precision.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers.
- Manage daily site activities and material requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a tiler in the UAE or GCC.
- Ability to work with different types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.).
- Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
