Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle airline ticket booking, reissue, refund, and cancellation
- Manage reservations through GDS systems such as Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus
- Assist customers and travel agents with fare quotations and travel queries
- Issue domestic and international air tickets
- Follow up on payments, booking confirmations, and schedule changes
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for ticketing support
- Maintain accurate booking records and daily reports
