The ideal candidate will produce visually compelling and technically precise 3D models, renderings, and animations to support architectural, interior, and engineering projects.
The role demands strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the latest 3D software tools to transform design concepts into realistic visuals that effectively communicate project intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for architectural, interior, and structural projects, ensuring precision, scale accuracy, and aesthetic excellence.
- Prepare photorealistic visualizations and walkthrough animations to communicate design intent to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to convert 2D drawings, sketches, and concepts into accurate 3D representations.
- Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting effects using rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape) for lifelike project presentations.
- Enhance project presentations and proposals through creative visual storytelling and consistent brand alignment.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering within deadlines while maintaining high visual and technical quality standards.
- Review and revise 3D models based on design changes, client feedback, or engineering modifications.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, visualization technologies, and rendering techniques to ensure innovative output.
- Support marketing and business development teams with 3D visuals, mockups, and concept designs for proposals and tenders.
