Role overview

Assesses third-party relationships, including vendors and service providers, for financial, operational, and compliance risks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze contracts and service agreements.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations stakeholders on company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain risk documentation, support audits, and improve third-party risk-management frameworks and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience in risk analysis of third-party relationships.
- A solid finance foundation and knowledge of statistics for assessing exposure, trends, and performance.
- Clear professional communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Relevant risk-management, compliance, or vendor-management experience in financial services or insurance is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage priorities and handle sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
