TFI - Manager Project Office

The Project Manager - Project Management Office (PMO) provides governance, standards, processes, tools, and oversight to improve the successful delivery of projects and programs across the organization.

The PMO ensures projects are aligned with strategic priorities, resources are effectively managed, and decision-makers have timely and accurate information

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects in alignment with organizational objectives, PMO governance, and project management standards.

The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively managing risks, resources, stakeholders, and project communications.

The Project Manager works closely with plants and functional teams, and leadership team to achieve strategic business objectives while maintaining compliance with PMO standards.

This is in the context of a growth agenda whereby TFI continues to develop, evolve and grow.

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion.

The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
