Schedule

• Full-time position
• Rotational or fixed shift schedule based on production requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily textile production operations to meet output targets
• Monitor production planning, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently maintained
• Lead and supervise production teams across manufacturing lines
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse departments
• Reduce production downtime and improve operational performance
• Monitor machine utilization and production KPIs
• Implement process improvements and cost-control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies
• Prepare production reports and performance updates for management
• Support staff training, performance management, and team development
• Maintain inventory coordination for raw materials and finished goods
