Textile Coordinator – Manifatture Tessili LLC (Doha, Qatar)
Manifatture Tessili LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Textile Coordinator** to support our textile production, sourcing, and quality control operations in Doha.
The ideal candidate will act as a key link between design, production, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of textile materials and finished goods.
Role Overview
The Textile Coordinator will oversee the coordination of textile orders from raw material sourcing through production and final delivery.
This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of textiles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate textile production schedules with mills, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track raw materials, fabric orders, and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with local and international suppliers regarding fabric specifications, sampling, and approvals
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure textiles meet company and client standards
- Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory, orders, and shipment documentation
- Support sampling processes, including lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk approvals
- Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve material or production issues
- Monitor supply chain performance and report delays or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in textile coordination, production, or sourcing
- Strong understanding of textile materials, weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working with international suppliers is a plus
