Who you are
- Proven experience with Telecom Billing domain testing, including a minimum of 8 years of hands-on testing experience. Reporting to client - senior mangement and other senior stakeholders Strong understanding of billing and rating concepts within a telecommunications environment.Knowledge of invoice validation, discounting, collections, and payment processes. General understanding of product catalogue concepts.Experience with Oracle BRM (preferred) or alternative Telecom Billing platforms such as Amdocs or Huawei.Hands-on experience with Unix environments.Working knowledge of PL/SQL for validation and analysis activities. Strong functional testing expertise across large-scale enterprise systems.Experience in defect management, defect tracking, and quality processes. Proficiency with test management along with test matrixs, defect tracking tools such as Quality Center (QC) or similar platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic delivery environment.
