Requirements

• Hands ‑ on experience testing and evaluating tactical EW systems, preferably within the AN/SLQ ‑ 32 family.
• Prior Navy experience (active duty, civilian, or contractor) involving shipboard operations, EW systems, or Combat Systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practical T&E methodologies.
• Experience with at ‑ sea testing, data collection, and operational scenario execution.
• Ability to work in dynamic shipboard environments for extended periods (2–4 weeks at a time).
• Strong written communication skills, especially in documenting test outcomes, issues, and technical observations.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with Navy stakeholders, engineers, and test teams.
• Experience supporting IWS, NSWC, or other Navy program offices.
• Familiarity with T&E documentation, processes, and readiness reviews.
• Previous involvement with requirements development or software performance evaluation.
• Exposure to EW operator training, fleet support, or operational test events.
