Test Analyst (SDET) - API Automation

QA - Automation Consultant with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in automation testing.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Selenium, Playwright + TS, TestNG, BDD frameworks ____________________________________ Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Java, Selenium, Playwright and TestNG.

• Implement and maintain BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) for behavior-driven development.

• Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and ensure quality.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of test automation practices.

• Document test cases, test results, and maintain test artifacts.

• Provide timely feedback and support during the software development lifecycle. ____________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA Automation.

• Proficiency in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver and Playwright .

• Hands-on experience with TestNG and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.

• Strong knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or RestAssured.

• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
