QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 5+ years’ experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical or consumer product goods retail sales with a proven track record of increasing revenues and shelf space. Experience working in sales management systems and using data to make decision making. Personal vehicle and ability to drive to dispensaries in designated territory as well as to HQ weekly for General Sales Meeting Existing knowledge of the cannabis market preferred Flex schedule-this position requires availability to work evenings and weekends, as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) or equivalent job-related experience.
