  • We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion within an assigned territory.
  • The ideal candidate will develop territory strategies, manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets while strengthening the organization's market position.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Analyze territory performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and product teams to support customer requirements and business growth
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer records within CRM systems
  • Conduct regular customer visits, virtual meetings, and business reviews to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities
  • Prepare territory performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, territory management, business development, account management, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing sales territories, customer portfolios, or regional markets preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, territory planning, customer acquisition, and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and reporting systems
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and growth initiatives effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
