Territory Manager - Sydney

As our brand continues to grow, we are now looking for a driven FMCG Territory Manager to strengthen our field sales presence across Sydney, NSW.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager this role plays a critical part in driving sales growth, market expansion and strong retail partnerships across our a2MC client base in growing NSW territory. As an a2MC Territory Manager you will be the face of our premier brands, and responsible for growing strong relationships with our retail partners, expanding distribution and ensuring excellent in-store execution of the a2 Milk products.

More specifically you will be involved in:

Partner with retailers to grow category performance, improve shopper outcomes and drive sustainable sales growth across your territory

Build strong relationships with retail partners and independent grocers

Maximise in-store execution including shelf facings, placement and visibility

Identify new ranging, promotional and distribution opportunities

Analyse store performance data to optimise territory sales strategies

You are a relationship-focused and commercially minded FMCG field sales professional who enjoys building partnerships, creating mutually beneficial outcomes and delivering strong results.

To succeed in this role you will bring:

Experience in FMCG sales, retail account management, customer-facing commercial roles, or Territory Management.

Strong experience managing retail store relationships

A track record of improving distribution, shelf space and sales performance

Confidence analysing sales data and identifying growth opportunities

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

Strong organisation and route planning capability
