Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in project sales, preferably in electrical or digital systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex deals.
  • Strong market knowledge of the assigned region and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business value.
  • Self‐motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Team player who can collaborate across functions and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new project opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide post‐sale support and address client concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
