We're opening a new branch in Orange, NSW, and we're looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to play a key role in establishing our presence, building customer relationships and driving growth across the region.

As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales across Orange and surrounding regional areas by developing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with existing customers.

You'll spend the majority of your time on the road meeting customers, identifying opportunities and providing solutions that help their businesses succeed.

• Grow sales across your assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits
• Prepare quotations and close sales opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Execute territory growth plans and achieve sales targets
• Work closely with branch and internal support teams

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds.

Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not essential.

You may currently be working as a:

• Territory Manager
• Account Manager

• Sales Representative

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Experience in sales, account management or business development
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Confidence in identifying and winning new business
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A current driver's licence

• Automotive, truck, industrial, agricultural or trade industry experience
• Experience managing regional customer accounts
• Knowledge of the Orange and Central West NSW market
