Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting through closing and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
  • Experience in the Kakinada region or familiarity with local market dynamics and customer base
  • Background in a similar industry or market segment
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of advanced sales methodologies and techniques
  • Certification in sales, business development, or related field
  • Multilingual capabilities (regional languages preferred)
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
