Role Description
The Territory Manager role at Rai Money is a part-time, remote position responsible for expanding and managing the agent network within an assigned geographic area.
On a day-to-day basis, the Territory Manager will identify and onboard new agents, provide product training, and support agents in delivering services such as DMT, AEPS, and other financial solutions.
The role includes monitoring agent performance, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The Territory Manager will regularly analyze territory performance, gather market feedback, and work with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer experience.
This position requires frequent communication with agents and stakeholders via phone, video calls, and digital channels, as well as occasional field visits where necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in territory management, agent relationship management, and basic sales or business development in financial services or related sectors.
- Good understanding of digital payments, banking or fintech products, and comfort with using mobile and web-based platforms.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages, conduct remote training, and provide ongoing support to agents.
- Solid problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
- Experience in rural or semi-urban markets, especially with agent networks or channel management, is highly beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of compliance, KYC, and regulatory norms related to payments and financial services is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Access to a smartphone, reliable internet connection, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
