• You’ll join a small team focused on bringing a new hiring model to market in a territory with plenty of greenfield opportunity.
• ****About The Role****
• We’re hiring a Full-Time Healthcare Account Executive to help expand Clipboard’s full-time hiring product with healthcare facilities.
• This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on new logo acquisition, territory development, and customer adoption.
• You’ll spend most of your time meeting healthcare leaders in person, building relationships, and helping facilities adopt a faster, more reliable hiring solution.
• ****What You’ll Do****
• Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners
• Drive new logo acquisition and territory expansion
• Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits
• Educate customers on a new hiring model and guide adoption
• Develop a deep understanding of local healthcare hiring needs
• Maintain clear pipeline management and CRM tracking
• Share concise updates on pipeline progress and market insights
• Spend 4 days per week in the field meeting customers
