At Morafiq Aviation Services, we are redefining passenger convenience through our off-airport check-in solutions.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Terminal Supervisor to lead daily terminal operations, ensure service excellence, and drive a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
As a Terminal Supervisor, you will be the key link between operations, customer service, and safety compliance—ensuring every bag, process, and passenger journey runs efficiently and professionally.

What We Are Looking For
- · Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics or related field
- · Strong operational and customer service experience
- · Excellent communication and people management skills
- · Good knowledge of Excel and email reporting
- · Ability to multitask under pressure and handle shift-based work
- · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
