Tennis Sales & Client Coordinator (Reception-Based Role)Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Tennis Sales & Client Coordinator to handle incoming inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings and long-term clients.
This role goes beyond a typical receptionist — the ideal candidate will actively engage with leads, understand client needs, recommend suitable packages, and close sales, while coordinating closely with coaches and admin teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Conversion
- Respond to all incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, social media) promptly and professionally.
- Understand client requirements (age, level, availability, goals) and recommend suitable coaching programs.
- Actively convert inquiries into bookings and package sales.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Promote lesson packages, memberships, and ongoing programs to increase revenue.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate with coaches to identify the best fit based on level, timing, and availability.
- Work closely with admin team to schedule and confirm bookings.
- Ensure all bookings are properly entered into the system.
- Manage court availability and optimize scheduling efficiency.
Customer Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings.
- Handle client concerns and provide quick, effective solutions.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and bookings.
Operations & Support
- Assist in promoting programs, events, and seasonal offers.
- Support coaches and management with communication and coordination.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk and sales operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles (sports or hospitality preferred).
- Strong ability to close sales and handle client objections confidently.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using booking systems, CRM tools, and POS systems.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tennis, padel, or sports academies.
- Bilingual (English + Arabic or other languages).
- Background in sales, lead conversion, or client relationship management.
