Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tennis Instructor role based in Jeddah.
The Tennis Instructor will lead individual and group lessons for juniors and adults, focusing on fundamental techniques, match play, and fitness appropriate to each participant’s level.
Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured training sessions, demonstrating skills, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring player progress.
The Instructor will help organize clinics, camps, and internal events, while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment on court.
The role also involves clear communication with players and families, responding to inquiries, supporting membership retention, and collaborating with other staff to uphold The Racquet Space’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Tennis Instruction and Tennis skills, with the ability to coach various ages and levels.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with players and families.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, including session planning, skill progression, and performance feedback.
- Relevant coaching certification from a recognized tennis federation or organization is preferred.
- Experience working in a club, academy, or sports facility environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to meet physical demands of on-court coaching.
