AP Executive is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction group in the Middle East known for large-scale, technically complex, and landmark projects.
The client seeks an experienced Tendering & Estimation Manager to take on a key leadership position within its construction business.
The role offers the potential to assume overall responsibility for the tendering and estimation function across Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the tendering and estimation department, covering civil works, MEP, quantity surveying, and related disciplines.
- Oversee tender preparation, cost estimation, pricing, and bid submissions for major construction projects.
- Ensure tenders are delivered on time, with accurate pricing and high technical standards.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to a large, multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee tendering activities across Saudi Arabia and potentially Qatar as the role develops.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in tendering and estimation within the construction industry.
- A strong background with a leading main contractor.
- Proven experience managing large tendering and estimation teams.
- In-depth technical knowledge across civil construction, MEP, and quantity surveying.
- Experience working on major, high-value or landmark construction projects.
- Relevant experience in the GCC construction market.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
Compensation
- Indicative salary of SAR 60,000 - 65,000 per month.
- Relocation assistance and allowances are offered.
Location
- The position will initially be based in Saudi Arabia.
- There is a possibility of relocating to Qatar as part of the group's leadership succession plans.
