Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Tender Professional
to join our team in
Qatar
- , contributing to the successful preparation and delivery of tender processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree is preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in tendering, proposal management, or bid management in large-scale EPC/infrastructure projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the GCC region; Qatar experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and planning principles
- Proven experience in leading complex tender submissions from initiation to final submission
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office applications
- Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving mindset.
