Tender Engineer – Urgently Required (Dubai-Based Contracting Company)
A leading contracting company in Dubai is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced **Tender Engineer** to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum **6 years of experience** in the same role within the construction/contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, cost estimation, and contract documentation
- Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Experience in preparing BOQs, technical submissions, and commercial proposals
- Proficient in relevant software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate and competitive tender proposals
- Review and evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, and finance)
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with all requirements
