Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Submission Engineer with experience in tendering and bid preparation.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating technical submissions, reviewing tender documents, and ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications.
- Prepare technical submissions, method statements, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, engineering, and project teams for tender inputs.
- Ensure all tender documents are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Prepare prequalification documents and EOI submissions.
- Maintain tender documentation, records, and version control.
- Identify tender risks, requirements, and technical compliance points.
- Support client clarifications and post-tender communications.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of tendering and technical submission processes.
- Ability to review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tendering/estimating software.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of tendering experience in Qatar/GCC preferred.
