Office Management
- Receive and screen incoming calls, visitors, correspondence, and reports; determine which are priority matters and alert the GCEO accordingly.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients and business partners; therefore, expected to present a professional impression of the Company.
- Draft high-level letters, reports, memoranda, or communiqués in response to incoming correspondence on behalf of the GCEO.
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements; prepare itineraries and accommodation logistics while maintaining all travel records.
- Establish and maintain various filing and records management systems.
- Conference room management: booking, arranging supplies, and refreshments.
Executive Management Support
- Coordinate and manage the calendar and diary to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Provide briefs before any upcoming scheduled meetings.
- Prepare agendas and collect materials for meetings and conferences; take minutes and keep records of proceedings as required.
- Responsible for transcribing, performing reviews, proofreading, and editing documents prepared.
- Provide support on office projects and processes and offer strategic counsel where appropriate.
