About This Role

Office Management

  • Receive and screen incoming calls, visitors, correspondence, and reports; determine which are priority matters and alert the GCEO accordingly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients and business partners; therefore, expected to present a professional impression of the Company.
  • Draft high-level letters, reports, memoranda, or communiqués in response to incoming correspondence on behalf of the GCEO.
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements; prepare itineraries and accommodation logistics while maintaining all travel records.
  • Establish and maintain various filing and records management systems.
  • Conference room management: booking, arranging supplies, and refreshments.

Executive Management Support

  • Coordinate and manage the calendar and diary to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Provide briefs before any upcoming scheduled meetings.
  • Prepare agendas and collect materials for meetings and conferences; take minutes and keep records of proceedings as required.
  • Responsible for transcribing, performing reviews, proofreading, and editing documents prepared.
  • Provide support on office projects and processes and offer strategic counsel where appropriate.
