Person specifications

• BEd or bachelor’s degree with PGCE or PGDE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Willingness to collaborate, contribute to a high-performing team and share practice.
• Reflective, adaptable and solution-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, students and parents.
