Role Description
Looking for a reliable onsite event assistant to support during a client meeting in Dubai on Saturday, 16 May 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The role mainly involves unloading equipment from a vehicle, setting up the meeting space, assisting with a portable Bose speaker and materials, and packing everything up after the meeting.
The assistant does not need to actively participate in the meeting itself.
Qualifications
- Punctual, presentable, physically active, and comfortable working in a professional environment. Must be reliable, organized, and able to assist with setup and handling equipment carefully. Previous event support or assistant experience is a plus.
