EDUCATION
HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of Template Specialist II experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Computer skills, basic mathematics, spelling and English writing skills.
- Professional business image according to policy.
- Telephone etiquette and positive customer relations skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with medical foundation personnel,
- medical group physician leaders as well as other entities that support Epic Template functions.
- Good telecommunication skills and the ability to handle multiple demands in a calm and efficient
- manner is essential.
- Ability to be self-directed in work habits and prioritization.
- Advanced knowledge of Service Now and Cadence applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to process template changes in a timely manner with little to no errors.
