Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in synchronization licensing field including advanced knowledge of local sync market and standard practices.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with the license issuance process, including complex legal language, and ability to negotiate/respond appropriately and efficiently to license revision requests.
- General knowledge of copyright laws and/or local societies.
- Existing network/relationships with local sync clients.
- Great communication skills and ability to manage key information upward, downward and outward.
- Ability to navigate challenging situations with high-level key clientele.
- Highly organized and adept at Microsoft Office suite.
- Good attention to detail and solution oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; high emotional intelligence.
- Some analytical and financial acumen, capable of analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
- An interest in music, of course!
