Responsibilities

  • This is a 6 month contract position based in New Brunswick, NJ. This position is required to be on site 5 days per week.
  • Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent in manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering and operations
  • Protect and improve the candidate experience
  • Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
  • Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
  • Provide external talent market expertise to business leaders & HR Colleagues
  • Utilize TA tools and technologies to maximize performance and ensure consistent hiring process
  • Provide daily support to Head of Talent Acquisition on key business initiatives, TA/HR projects, and overall reporting and leadership among the TA team.

Qualifications

  • This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • 2 years of manufacturing operations recruiting is required
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate
  • Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders
  • A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities
  • Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approach
  • Experience networking, sourcing and talent mapping is required.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $50.00 to 60.00 per hour. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
