Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team on-site at our Ajman and Dubai location.
The Telesales role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote SmartSense products, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, educating customers on available products and services, processing orders, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
The successful candidate will also work to meet sales targets and actively contribute to team training and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Sales and meeting performance targets
- Ability to assist with Training and improving team efficiency
- Proficiency using CRM software and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of electrical materials or the e-commerce sector is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous
- High school diploma or higher educational qualification
