Responsibilities
- Work closely with other team members to ensure all transactions are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the handling and security of cash and other financial instruments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Key Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or financial services company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and other financial tools.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
