About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain visa and immigration services to potential clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration advisors.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Provide information regarding visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and processing timelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the visa processing team for client updates.
- Resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Nepali national and Indian (MALAYALI Only) - Female
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in visa processing (immigration consultancy
- Is a Plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of immigration programs, visit visas, work permits, PR processes, and documentation.
- Ability to convince and handle clients professionally.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and follow-up expertise.
- Multitasking and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE immigration consultancy market is preferred.
