Role Description
Leads a
team of sales agents
to drive the promotion and sales of advanced fixed-line and smart solutions tailored to the needs of clients.
Ensures team performance aligns with organizational goals, focusing on innovative solutions to meet client demands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed team targets.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand and promote solutions.
- Monitor team performance using data-driven approaches and reporting.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Engage with stakeholders to align team efforts with business objectives.
- Act as an escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of fixed-line products and telecommunications solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Fluency in Arabic or other target languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
