Telesales Team Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to supervise and guide a team of telesales representatives in generating sales and achieving performance targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid telesales background, excellent coaching abilities, and a passion for motivating others. As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance through effective leadership, training, and development while ensuring high-quality customer interactions and achievement of sales goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Supervise and support telesales agents in day-to-day operations.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback to improve results.

- Set clear individual and team objectives and ensure their achievement.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.

- Motivate the team to meet and exceed targets through encouragement, recognition, and performance incentives.

- Handle escalated customer complaints or complex issues as needed.

- Ensure adherence to company processes, sales scripts, and compliance standards.

- Maintain detailed records of team performance and report KPIs to management.

- Collaborate with the sales and HR departments for recruitment and onboarding of new telesales agents.

Job Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to coach and develop team members.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Good command of English and Arabic.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

- Service-oriented and results-driven mindset.
