Job Summary
The Telesales / Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team with administrative and follow-up tasks.
This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Telesales Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to promote products or services
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into sales
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions
Sales Coordination Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports
- Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team
Administrative Duties
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales-related records
- Support management with sales performance tracking and analysis
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, sales coordination, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
