Overview

  • Engage with leads interested in educational offers such as free trial sessions.
  • Receive and manage customer data through the CRM system, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
  • Communicate with potential customers via WhatsApp and phone calls to understand their needs, provide information about educational programs, and support their decision-making process.
  • Coordinate and schedule free trial sessions when needed to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Follow up consistently with customers to answer inquiries, handle objections, and complete the registration process on the platform.
  • Preferred: at least 2 years of general sales experience, while prior experience in educational sales is considered a plus but not mandatory.
