Qualifications
- Call-center experience in cosmetic centers, handling inbound and outbound plastic surgery and hair transplant calls.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; upselling and cross-selling knowledge; communication, customer service, customer support, and sales skills or experience.
- Training skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Healthcare or beauty industry experience is a plus; fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communication, or a related field.
