Telesales Representative

Green Plus Shipping LLC is a Dubai-based freight forwarding company seeking a motivated TeleSales Executive to drive new business growth across the UAE and international markets.

This is a hunter-focused role for someone confident in building and managing B2B client relationships.

Candidates with an existing network of importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, or logistics clients in the UAE or CIS region will have a strong advantage.

You will focus on winning new business while our operations team manages shipment execution.

⁠ ⁠Generate and close new B2B freight and logistics opportunities

⁠ ⁠Develop solutions across air, sea, road freight, and project cargo

⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements

⁠ ⁠Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets

⁠ ⁠Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings

⁠ ⁠Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts

⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of UAE freight forwarding or logistics sales experience

⁠ ⁠Proven success in acquiring and handling corporate accounts

⁠ ⁠Existing client base or active network in the UAE logistics/trade sector preferred

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of air, sea, and road freight services

⁠ ⁠Understanding of UAE import/export procedures and customs regulations

⁠ ⁠Strong communication and negotiation skills in English

⁠ ⁠Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

⁠ ⁠Additional languages are a plus

Uncapped commission structure based on gross profit

Expected monthly earnings for strong performers: AED 15,000+ per month

6-day work week with flexibility for client meetings

Field-based role with office support.

Pay: From AED2000 to 3000 AED Plus comission.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
