Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven **Telesales Executives** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The role involves promoting and selling credit card products over the phone, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote credit card products
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain proper follow-ups and conversion tracking
- Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain professional communication at all times
Requirements
- Minimum **6 months of UAE banking experience (mandatory)**
- Prior experience in **credit card sales or telesales** preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
