Overview
- Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate sales.
- Register new subscriptions in the system and follow up until completion.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure service continuity and satisfaction.
- Coordinate collection and order processing with relevant internal teams.
- Handle different customer types (individuals, companies, shops, and institutions).
- Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records in the system.
- Resolve basic issues related to subscriptions or orders.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and service quality.
