Job Opening: Telecaller – Visa & Immigration Services
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated **Telecaller** to join our team and guide clients through our **Immigration and Visa services**.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via outbound calls using provided leads.
- Explain immigration/visa services and schedule consultations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client communication.
- Ensure a smooth and professional visa and immigration service process.
Requirements
- **1–3+ years** of experience in telesales, consulting, or business intelligence (any industry).
- Experience in **Outbound Tele Sales** is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** (other languages are a bonus).
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** and relevant software tools.
- **Sales-oriented** and **target-driven** mindset.
