AED 5,000+ (depending on experience and skills)
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team.
You do not need prior real estate sales experience, but you must have at least 1 year of telesales experience.
If you know how to handle calls, follow up consistently, and maintain a professional communication flow, this role is suitable for you.
*What You Will Do:*
- Call inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
- Create structured follow ups and maintain a strong pipeline
- Update CRM with lead status, notes, and follow up actions
- Coordinate with the sales team for warm handovers when required
- Ensure high quality communication and customer experience
*What You Will NOT Do:*
- No closing required. The role is strictly lead engagement and follow ups
- No fieldwork or property site visits
- *Requirements:*
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in any industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Consistent and disciplined approach to follow ups
- Fluent in English (required). Hindi or Urdu proficiency is a strong advantage
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Must hold a valid UAE visa
- Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
- Fresh entrants to the real estate market are welcome
