About This Role
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in forex, banking, or financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of forex trading (preferred)
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage**.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce forex trading services
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Explain forex products, trading platforms, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM
- Stay updated on forex market trends and company offerings
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
