The Telesales Executive makes outbound calls, generates qualified leads, explains services, and closes sales by phone.
Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to introduce photocopier rental and toner solutions.
- Generate leads and set appointments for outside sales teams.
- Follow up on leads from social media, the website, referrals, and other sources.
- Explain products and services, answer questions, and overcome objections.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records of conversations and lead progress.
- Build client relationships and support positive customer experiences.
- Convert inquiries into customers and support outside sales teams.
Qualifications and skills
- At least one year of sales experience is required.
- Telesales, customer service, or inside-sales experience is preferred.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills; able to build rapport.
- Target-driven, with good organizational and time-management skills.
- CRM or Excel familiarity for lead tracking is a plus.
