Job Description
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Generate leads and maintain customer follow-ups
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Update customer details and sales activity in the system
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required
Requirements
- Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Experience in IT, electronics, or e-commerce sales will be an added advantage
