Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting financial products, generating sales opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.
Candidates with experience in credit card sales or banking products will be given preference.
Outbound Calling
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company's financial products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify sales opportunities.
Sales Presentation
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Present suitable financial solutions based on customer needs.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and maximize conversion rates.
CRM & Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer information is updated and documented properly.
Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Contribute positively toward overall team performance and business objectives.
Market Feedback
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product enhancements and marketing initiatives.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
& Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in Credit Card Sales or Banking Products.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
